Grey’s Anatomy’s Caterina Scorsone has welcomed her third child – and her name is adorable.
The actress, who plays Dr. Amelia Shepherd on the long-running medical drama, shared the happy news in an Instagram post on New Year’s Eve.
“Arwen is here,” she said. “Our family wishes you a happy new year, a happy new decade and a happy heart made new by love in every exquisite moment.”

The actress opened up about the beauty of parenthood to PEOPLE last year.
“I think one thing that changes when you have kids is that nothing is in your control anymore,” she said. “You have to roll with whatever is happening and there are people that are now in your life very intimately and in your space who have distinctly different personalities from you.”
“You kind of have an opportunity to get to know them and see what they like and accommodate how they want to be in the world. All [while] trying to make it look awesome,” she continued. “So you kind of have to develop your sense of humor and just laugh at all of the places where you thought that you were protecting your ego because it’s done.”
