Jenna Dewan and her boyfriend, Steve Kazee, are expecting their first child together. The couple shared their happy news on Tuesday in a statement to PEOPLE.  “We are beyond overjoyed and couldn’t be happier to be expanding our family," the couple said. It will be the first child for Kazee. Dewan shares six-year-old Everly with her ex-husband, Channing Tatum. An insider previously confirmed to the publication late last year that Dewan had been dating the Tony-award winner for "a couple of months" "She's really happy, " they added. Kazee has appeared on Nashville and Shameless. He also won the Tony for his performance in Once on Broadway.   Dewan was previously married to Channing Tatum, with the couple announcing their decision to separate in April 2018. They said at the time that while they had a "magical journey together", "love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now." They continued:

"There are no secrets or salacious events at the root of our decision - just two best friends realising it's time to take some space  and help each other live the most joyous, fulfilled lives as possible. "We are still a family and will always be loving dedicated parents to Everly."

The two actors met in 2005 on the set of Step Up, and married in 2009.
