Jessica Alba is pretty much super-woman in our eyes.
Not only is the a busy mama-of-two, but she is also the founder of the hugely successful Honest Company – which recently, as well as selling toxic-free and green baby products like nappies, wipes, shampoos and cleaning products for your home that won’t harm your health, also launched a line of organic beauty products (which we can’t wait to get our hands on).
On top of all this, Alba is also currently pregnant with her baby #3 with husband Cash Warren – and daughters Honor, 9, and Haven, 5, are getting a new brother or sister.
But super-mum, aside, when it comes to pregnancy, it seems Jessica is just like the rest of us – admitting that her cravings are a bit “all over the place”. The gorgeous 36-year-old recently made a video with ATTN where she dishes all things pregnancy craving – and how to stay healthy when you are expecting:

When it comes to what she herself eats everyday, the business-woman mum recently shared her go-to breakfast on her Instagram stories, sharing that her go-to meal is both healthy and filling.
Her avocado toast with egg recipe contains healthy fats, protein and carbs — a little bit of everything you need for a healthy, nutritious meal that will help you stay full for a long time.
On her stories, she broke it down. First, she slices two hard boiled eggs. And none of this “egg white only” nonsense. Egg yolks contain vitamins, minerals, and protein. She toasts two pieces of gluten-free bread. On top, she smashes avocado, which is loaded with healthy fats. Then, she layers sliced cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Finally, she sprinkles on some chili flakes for a kick.
Avocado, it seems, is a major obsession for Alba (us too, Jess!).
Avocados, of course, can help you stay in shape and even loose the lbs once baby has arrived, as they are so nutrient dense with “healthy fats” and keep you full for a long time. In fact, a study published in the Nutrition Journal found that people who ate half of an avocado with their lunch reported a 40 percent decrease in desire to eat for many hours afterward.
Now; spill, mamas, what did YOU crave when you were pregnant?
