Jessica Simpson shares photo of swollen foot due to pregnancy, looks for advice
Ah, swollen pregnancy feet.
We've all been there - and if you haven't, then you're either lying or you're the luckiest person in the world.
Fluid retention is normal - in fact, it's necessary to soften up the body as it prepares to expand to be the home of another human being for nine months.
But that doesn't mean that it isn't super annoying.
One person who's been struggling with the swollen feet life while pregnant is Jessica Simpson.
The mum-to-be recently shared a photo of her swollen foot asking for somebody to help her because, well, she probably can't walk in fairness.
After her call for remedies, the mum-of-two was met with hundreds of replies from helpful parents all sharing their tips and tricks for reducing fluid retention during pregnancy.
Everything from compression socks to eating less salt to walking that little bit more was mentioned.
Someone even suggested just having birth... Which would definitely work but is unfortunately not something Jessica can just make happen.
Jessica and husband Eric Johnson announced that they were expecting their third child late last year.
They supplied the happy news through an Instagram photo set of their other two children popping two big balloons to reveal smaller pink balloons inside.
"This little baby girl will make us a family of five," said Jessica. "We couldn't be happier to announce this precious blessing of life."
The couple are already parents to five-year-old Ace Knute and Maxwell Drew, who is six.
