Kathryn Thomas shows off her growing bump (and fitness regime) on Insta

The mum-to-be is making sure to keep fit during her pregnancy.

Kathryn Thomas has always been a vocal advocate for healthy living, and fitness is a big part of that. While the Operation Transformation host has not given up on her exercise regime entirely, she has adapted it now that she's expecting her first child. The mom-to-be took to Instagram this weekend to share a look at some of the workouts she’s been doing to keep fit and shared a glimpse of her growing baby bump too, saying:

“Me and the bump doing a lil’ glute activation session. “Yes, my ass is still bigger than my bump. I think it always will be but I’m feeling great. “Remember only do what’s right for you and take lots of time between sets.”

The expectant mum had previously revealed that she had to give up certain forms of exercise while pregnant but that it was all about doing what feels right for her. Kathryn announced back in November that she was expecting her first child with her fiancé Padraig McLoughlin, revealing that the baby was due in spring 2018.
