"My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails," she wrote on her website in 2015.Despite all of this trauma, Kim has confirmed in a new interview that she and her husband are trying for a third baby.
"There have been a lot of things said and Kanye and I have not confirmed anything, she told The Hollywood Reporter. "We're definitely trying. The story would also shine a light on surrogacy and the issues surrounding it, but as nothing's been confirmed yet we'll just have to wait for Kim to fully spill the beans.
