The mum-of-two has been open about her difficult pregnancies.
Rumours have long been swirling that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are trying for a third child.
Kim’s been open about how difficult she found her pregnancies in the past, giving rise to speculation that the couple would use a surrogate to have another baby.
“I would have a million, but the pregnancy… I wouldn’t really wish that upon anyone,” she told Ellen De Generes in 2014.
“Anyone. It’s all worth it in the end, so I would definitely suffer through that, but pregnancy was not a good experience for me.”

Kim suffered with pre-eclampsia during her first pregnancy with North, who’s now four and with placenta accreta during both pregnancies, which means her placenta didn’t detach from the womb after giving birth.
“My doctor had to stick his entire arm in me and detach the placenta with his hand, scraping it away from my uterus with his fingernails,” she wrote on her website in 2015.
Despite all of this trauma, Kim has confirmed in a new interview that she and her husband are trying for a third baby.
“There have been a lot of things said and Kanye and I have not confirmed anything, she told The Hollywood Reporter.
“We’re definitely trying. We are hoping so.”

She didn’t comment on whether or not they would use a surrogate or not but if they do, she’ll be sure to document the process on Keeping Up With The Kardashians for us all to see.
The story would also shine a light on surrogacy and the issues surrounding it, but as nothing’s been confirmed yet we’ll just have to wait for Kim to fully spill the beans.
