Kim Kardashian reveals her baby naming strategy

Trine Jensen-Burke

It’s going to be hard to top a name like North West. (Unless Kim and Kanye go for my ‘Wilde’ suggestion, that is. Come on; Wilde West?! You can’t make this stuff up!)

Now that Baby Boy Kardashian West is due in a mere matter of weeks, the world is literally holding their collective breaths waiting to see what Kimye comes up with this time around. The pressure (once your choice #1 is hailed as the most iconic baby name of all time) must be immense.

So how is the famous parents approaching the big decision? It seems with nothing more than a good aul’ cup of patience.

In an interview with People magazine, Kim recently explained:

“It’s like the last thing that Kanye and I did when North was born. We didn’t name her for like seven days. I feel like it will just come to us.”

The reality star mama added that Mason and Penelope Disick, her 5-year-old nephew and 3-year-old niece, have peppered them with a bunch of unusual suggestions – while big-sister-to-be North has offered just one.

“She just says, ‘Baby brother,'” Kardashian told the magazine.

Though it sounds like Kimye haven’t come to a decision on a name quite yet, a number of possibilities have already been bandied about. Earlier this year, some speculated that North’s baby brother would be named South, but Kim said she wasn’t a fan, because “North will always, you know, be better and be more.”

Easton was also suggested by some as a possible choice for Hollywood’s currently most anticipated baby, and while Kim wasn’t as quick to dismiss this choice as she was ‘South’, we guess the jury is still out on this one.
