Kourtney Kardashian Barker, 44, was spotted leaving a hospital in Los Angeles with her husband, Travis Barker, following news he was dealing with an ‘urgent family matter.’
His band, Blink-182, notified their fans on Friday (September 1st) that some of their European concert dates would be postponed as their drummer flew back to the US on Thursday.
The couple, who are expecting their first child together, a son, were seen leaving the hospital on Saturday, just 24 hours after the news of the family emergency.
In pictures by TMZ, the already-mum-of-three, who announced she was pregnant back in June, was pictured wearing an oversized tracksuit and sunglasses, with her bump on display.
She was seen climbing into the back of a black Range Rover before driving away with her husband.
Neither Kourtney nor Travis have confirmed what the emergency was.
This comes following confirmation from Travis’ ex, Shanna Moakler, that the ‘urgent family matter’ did not involve their two children, Alabama, 17, Landon, 19, or his stepdaughter, Atiana, 24, and that she sent prayers their way.
“When they have to cancel shows, it’s a big deal, so I am praying for his immediate family, the baby, and Kourtney is safe and okay,” she told TMZ.

The news of her pregnancy came six months after she shared that she had halted in vitro fertilisation (IVF) treatments because they had taken ‘a toll’ on her physical and mental health.
The baby on the way will be Kourtney’s fourth child and first with Travis; she already shares three children with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick: Mason, 13, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 10.
