The podcast was created and hosted by friends and neighbors Jen and Bethany. 

Jen is an Ivy League-trained obstetric anesthesiologist who has cared for hundreds of women during C-sections, and Bethany is a nurse and birth educator.

Both are C-section mums—Jen has experienced both a C-section and a VBAC, while Bethany has had three C-sections.
