The mum-of-two has shared her secret to keeping fit and healthy during her pregnancies.
The model has shared her go to pregnancy fitness regime with fans on Instagram, and we’re all taking note.
“Hands down the best pregnancy workout,” she captioned the picture she shared with her near 500,000 followers.

Tracy is the woman cracking the whip with A-lister mums like Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson and Nicole Richie, and it seems she can now add Lara to her list of fans.
The trainer admits that is was one of those clients who convinced her to film the now incredibly popular video in the first place.
“Gwyneth [Paltrow] was like, ‘Oh, hell no! You are going to do it through your whole pregnancy and they are going to see you grow and see you get back.’ And that’s what we did,” she told People magazine.
The videos cover everything from stretches to arm and leg exercises, that all aim to keep the body strong during pregnancy.
