Welcome back to the world of Maureen the Midwife – our resident antenatal ‘expert’ here at HerFamily.ie.
On her very first visit here to our offices, Maureen was very (un)helpful in directing us towards our vaginas.
The second time we met with her, she painstakingly (didn’t) explained to us what a ‘Show’ is, as one of the signs of labour.
Today, she continues on her winning streak and is very comforting (not!) in quantifying just how much water there will actually be when a pregnant woman’s waters break.
Enjoy yourselves, and beware of Maureen’s sharp tongue!
