Megan Fox says trying to lose her baby weight was ‘awful’

Megan Fox has spoken out about her struggle to lose her baby weight after the birth of her son, Journey River.

The actress has said that she had an "awful" experience trying to lose the weight after Journey made his journey into the world. Speaking to Extra, the mum-of-three said that she "worked out really hard" but it was still difficult to get to a place where she was happy with her body.

"This time, it was a struggle for me and there was just a lot of walks and very long runs. It was awful."

Megan was already mum to four-year-old Noah and three-year-old Bodhi when her third boy came along. Journey River was born in August of 2016, and mum Megan has said that getting back into the night-feeding routine has been a challenge.

"I haven't slept in almost a year. There's not one night that I have slept through the night. I'm still breastfeeding and he wakes up all the time, and then the other two come and wake me up. They get in bed with me also."

Megan said she had to lose the weight for a lingerie campaign she signed on to just five months after giving birth to Journey.
