Michael Bublé announces his baby's gender on Irish radio show

It’s a girl!

Michael Bublé and his wife Luisana Lopilato are expecting their first daughter.

Michael shared the news for the first time on the Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show on Today FM, revealing the baby was due in less than a month.

“I got my first little girl coming in three weeks, and I’ve actually never said that before in public,” he told host Ian.

“I’ve got a daughter coming.”

He announced that he and and Luisana were expecting their third child back in March while hosting the Juno Music Awards in his native Canada.

The pair are already mum and dad to sons Noah, 4, and Elias, 2.

Noah is currently recovering from cancer, having been diagnosed with a tumour in 2016.

His illness caused Michael to end his world tour and Luisana to drop out of a film she was in.

The Argentinian actress gave an update on the boy’s health last year, saying that the worst was over.

“There are things that happen in life that make you realise that the most important things that you think are important, really aren’t.

“The most important thing is to have faith and to be strong. There are nights that I still don’t sleep and I pray to God because it’s still a long process and the worst is over. Thank God.

“When I was down, my mom told me, ‘Be strong, your son will be fine.'”

The family never disclosed what form of cancer the boy had but he was rumoured to have been treated for liver cancer.
