A mum has shared photos of “the craziest birth” experience she had when she welcomed her baby boy in a hospital hallway.

Jes Hogan had made her way to the ER with husband Travis when she felt her contractions begin.

The mum had already given birth to five children before this, so she thought she knew what to expect with her sixth.

However, baby Max wasn’t willing to wait to be brought to the delivery room to make his entrance.

On blog Little Leaplings, Jes wrote that once she and her husband pulled into the hospital, she knew that her baby was coming.

She said:

“I then started to take my pants off because I could feel my body pushing the baby’s head out.

“I reached down and could feel his head crowning with my hand. I looked at my husband and said, “Travis catch him!” Without any hesitation he did just that as I felt my body involuntarily pushing his head the rest of the way out.”

As this was happening, Jes’s friend and birth photographer, Tammy Karin arrived.

She documented the entire birth from start to finish.

The above video was posted on Tammy’s photography page, Little Leaplings, and shows baby Max entering the world as his mum lies on the hallway floor of an ER.

Jes wrote that she felt so “beyond blessed” to have Tammy and her “amazing” daughters in her life.

She concluded her post by saying the birth was “beautiful” and that she would “forever love every moment of it.”
