It’s something she did when she was pregnant with Princess Charlotte.
People think that Kate Middleton may have dropped a hint about the gender of her and Prince William’s third child.
Since the parents confirmed they were expecting again in November last year, fans of the royal family have been keeping an eye for little hints as to if Prince George and Princess Charlotte will have a little brother or sister.
And with Kate’s due date nearing, eagle-eyed social media users reckon they have spotted one during her most recent royal engagement.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge paid a visit to Coventry on Tuesday to celebrate the city becoming the UK City of Culture 2021.
While the parents had a jam packed day, it was Kate’s outfit that really had people talking.
The mum was wrapped up warm in a cosy Mulberry coat, which covered her blossoming baby bump.
But beyond its colour – the bright pink – people reckon the colour of Kate’s coat proves her and Prince William are expecting a baby girl.
The £1,500 (€1,700) coat is a longtime favourite of Kate’s, and she’s stepped out in it a number of times.
However, as fans of the royal family were quick to point out, two of those times were when she was pregnant with Princess Charlotte.
In fact, the last time she was seen in it was her final official engagement before she gave birth.
she wore this same coat twice during her pregnancy with Charlotte, the last being her final engagement before her birth which caused people to speculate it was a girl. I wouldn’t be surprised if it is, she’s also wearing a lot of repeats from that pregnancy in general 🤷🏼♀️
