"When online it’s so easy to be negative and hide behind a computer and put anything you want... being fat shamed at seven months pregnant was like water off a duck’s back but at any stage to fat shame any women is awful. "I was training differently but I’ve always trained since I was 17 so I wasn't going to stop when I was pregnant. "People were constantly saying, 'You’re putting your baby at risk' but everything I do is OKed by my doctor and my trainers.
