Vogue Williams says pregnancy is ‘the hardest thing’ she’s ever done

The expectant mum spoke candidly on Instagram today.

With less than two months to go until her due date, Vogue Williams is talking about the struggles she’s experienced during pregnancy. Vogue is seven-months pregnant with her first child and says that she has been inundated with messages from followers about how she seems to be handling it all in her stride. However, Vogue has today taken to Instagram Stories to dispell that notion, saying that she’s not found it easy.

“Pregnancy is not easy it’s one of the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I must have been awake eight times in the night last night and I’m really uncomfortable. "I’m not finding it as easy as many seem to think. “And don’t you feel guilty if you’re finding it hard.”

Known for sticking to a strict fitness regime, Vogue says that that has naturally taken a back seat the last few months.

“To the girls who have morning sickness and feel guilty because they’re pregnant and can’t train – don’t feel guilty because I couldn’t train til 15 weeks because I felt so sick.”

Vogue also revealed that she found her morning sickness so tough that she eventually went to her doctor to get medication.

“I got through it because I got a prescription from my doctor because I couldn’t handle being that sick anymore. “I just think you’re made feel guilty when you get prescription or take anything when you’re pregnant – don’t! You have to feel good too.”

Vogue is expecting her first child with new husband Spencer Matthews in September.
