Many expectant mums take a little hiatus from fitness and gym regimes when pregnant - and who can blame us (morning sickness, hormones, just the general hugeness), but check out @pocketdwarf and see how this fit mama documented her second pregnancy for her 80,000+ followers.
The gorgeous pictures shows the yoga devotee doing poses most of us would struggle to do at the best of times, never mind at 9 months(!) pregnant! I mean, here are shots where the soon-to-be-mum-of-two is posing upside down, legs stretched poker-straight above her head and body weight supported entirely on her forearms. Mind. Blown. (*mentally signs up to local yoga classes!)
Melissa gave birth to her second child, Benson, in June, so expect tons more cute mama and baby yoga sessions pics soon!
