"Excellent resource for lactating mamas. The recipes are unique, fresh and are very easy to prep (as time is very precious when you have a newborn). Love this company and this book is a MUST have for mamas that plan on or are currently breastfeeding. There are so many great recipes and it is quite handy to adapt recipes to your preference if you are out of an ingredient. Made the fennel salad with honey mustard vinegrette and it was amazing! If you're on the fence about it, buy this.
