Kim Kardashian shows off nursing pillow and people are confused

The gestation of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's third baby has been well-documented.

We know they're expecting a girl and that's she's coming via surrogate after Kim was unable to carry any more of her own babies, which is why some people are confused over something Kim posted on Snapchat. The mum-of-two was unboxing a few of the gifts she's been sent last night and shared a clip of some nursing pillows that she'd received. "I literally get multiple of these, since you don't know what room you're going to feed in, you need them all over the house," she said. "It's everything." Followers were confused as to why Kim would need a nursing pillow if she won't be breastfeeding.

So on Kim K snap she got sent a nursing pillow but...she not pregnant..I thought you have to pregnant to produce milk...did I miss something?

We don't know much about the Kardashian West's arrangement with their surrogate but it doesn't seem likely that she'll stick around after giving birth. Surrogacy is a practical arrangement and to make it work, we're assuming that there'd be minimal contact between surrogates and babies after the pregnancy. The pillows could therefore be for Kim's sister Khloe, who's due her first baby this year, or even Kylie - she has yet to confirm or deny anything, after all.
