7 Instagram-worthy spots you HAVE to visit when in New York City
Planning a trip to NYC this year?
You lucky thing.
And if you are anything like us, you are planning at least parts of your trip around just how awesome your Instagram picture will look as you eat, drink and shop your way around the Big Apple. Some people call that crazy. We just call it documenting the holidays (and making everyone at home ill with envy in the process).
Anyway, if you are curious as to where you should be heading for some seriously lust-worthy snaps in NYC, we have rounded up seven stores and eateries you simply cannot miss.
If you are looking to Instagram plenty of brimming-with-health vegetable juices and colourful acai bowls, you need to head to Dimes upon arrival. Not only is the food delicious (and good for you), the perfectly pink table tops and retro decor also lends themselves incredibly well to some seriously stylish Insta snaps.
Where: 49 Canal Street, 10002
Make a visit to Story in Chelsea and be the instant envy of all your design-obsessed Instagram followers.
This concept store changes their inventory every four to eight weeks so that each cycle focuses on a new theme, trend, or issue. Sounds hipster-y? It is. But it is also one fun shopping experience you should treat yourself to.
Where: 144 10th Ave. at 19th Street
When it comes to aesthetics, nowhere will ever come close to an Aesop store. And the NYC outpost of this cult skincare brand is no different.
Head here for some seriously swoon-worthy beauty goods (that will look totally swanky on your bathroom shelf) and some very interior inspirational Insta shots.
Where: 232 Elizabeth Street, Nolita
4. Sprinkles Cupcake ATM
Everyone who is obsessed with cupcakes needs to get a snap in front of the Sprinkles ATM.

Hidden upstairs at the Polo Ralph Lauren store on Fifth Avenue, there is pretty much not a thing that isn't Insta worthy in this super sleek coffee shop.
The white marble tables make for the perfect espresso backdrop.
Where: 711 Fifth Avenue, 10022
6. Space Ninety 8
This hip Brooklyn outpost is technically a trendy, well-kept secret spin-off of Urban Outfitters.
At Space Ninety 8 you can browse through hand-picked vintage pieces, lounge around on comfy couches, check some records, or eat upstairs at the restaurant and rooftop bar.
Oh, and get pictures of it all, obvs.
Where: 98 N. 6th St., Brooklyn
