Family life and travel blogger Bumbles of Rice put together a comprehensive guide to the hotels in Ireland that have rooms for families with three or more children and it's something all parents should have.
The creator of the blog and mum, Sinead, wrote that being a mother-of-three she often struggled to find a hotel that had suitable rooms for her family.
"Lots of hotels are delighted to offer interconnecting rooms but this means two rooms and double the price which isn’t quite so delightful for the parents. (Some hotels do offer a 10% discount on the second room but costs are still very high to accommodate that one extra small person). When your kids are young or your budget is challenged, sleeping everyone in one room is often the best option."
Sinead put in some extensive research, with some help from her followers, and came up with 70 hotels across Ireland that cater to larger family sizes.
Spanning from Antrim to Wicklow, Cork and Galway came in the top of the pack when it came to providing large rooms for families with three or more children.
If you're planning your summer holidays I suggest you pop over to Sinead's blog and see her amazing list of hotels for yourself!
(Sinead created the list last year so you may need to check ahead of booking what restrictions are in place at the hotels listed.)Explore more on these topics:
