Donegal Castle

Located in the centre of Donegal Town, this 15th Century castle is good for all weathers. But since you can go inside, it's ideal if you get caught out by the rain and need to keep the kids entertained.

Sliabh Liag

Keep the kids strapped to you: while these sea cliffs are less famous than the Cliffs of Moher, they reach almost three times higher.

Kilclooney Dolmen

One of Ireland's many Neolithic tombs dating between 4,000-3,000 BC, this one is located around 6.5km north-north-west of the town of Ardara.
