Ballet Ireland is Ireland's only ballet company to return to the stage this year, which is the perfect excuse to get to the theatre and immerse yourself in a night pure of magic.
Speaking on Ballet Ireland’s ‘Nutcracker Sweeties’, Anne Maher, Director and Co-Founder of Ballet Ireland said:
“We couldn’t be more excited for Ballet Ireland’s momentous return to live theatre. After a tumultuous 18 months for the arts industry, we are ready and waiting to give this production the stage it deserves in the theatre. The twelve dancers have worked round the clock to bring audiences an incredible production of everyone’s favourite Christmas tale – The Nutcracker. This truly is a production for all to enjoy and simply shouldn’t be missed”.
With choreography by Morgann Runacre-Temple, audiences of all ages will be enthralled by Nutcracker Sweeties’ fairytale magic, exquisite costumes and a re-imagined Tchaikovsky score. A tale of wondrous adventure that combines to form one of the most delectable Christmas confections imaginable.
‘Nutcracker Sweeties’ is touring from 3rd November – 23rd December. For more information on tour dates and venues, check out Balletireland.ie
