1. Celebrate Fingal in St. Catherine's Park (September 11th and 12th)
St Catherine’s Park will be transformed into a bustling summer festival site for all ages. ‘Celebrate Fingal’ is free-to-attend to people who are residents of Fingal, but pre-registration for tickets is essential due to limited capacity and safety restrictions.
The festival will have everything from animals to music and even circus artists.

2. Autism Friendly - The Big Dig at Abbeyleix Heritage House (September 11th)
This autism friendly event is ideal if you've got a wannabe archaeologiest in the family. The workshops, aimed at children between the ages of 5 and 12, take place at 11 am and 2 pm.
The workshops will give children the opportunity to experience what life is like for an archaeologist by learning how to excavate the remains of a Viking house.

3. Courtney's Daredevil Drive-In Circus at Carrigaline (September 11th)
This is different to our usual circus experiences, but the kids are bound to love it. The sides of the big top will be removed so families can drive their cars up to the circus ring.
Prepare to see all of your favourite acts up close at Courtney's Daredevil Circus. The show last for one hour from 2pm to 3 pm.

4. Pedalpalooza Dublin at Fairview Park (September 12th)
Get on your bike and head to Pedalpalooza this weekend. The free cycling event is suitable for all ages and families are encouraged to take part.
Taking place in Dublin's Fairview Pakr from 1 pm to 5 pm. This is a perfect way to get in some exericse and teach the kids about the benefits of cycling.

5. Winnie The Pooh at The Stella, Rathmines (September 11th)
If you feel like escaping the rain on Saturday then The Stella is the place to be. Winnie The Pooh is being shown on Saturday, September 11th and it's the perfect Disney movie to watch in the morning.
Grab some popcorn and settle down in the luxurious cinema in the heart of Rathmines. The kids won't want to leave.

6. Writers Workshop for Young Poets at the Arts & Heritage Centre in Athenry (September 11th)
Head along to the Arts and Heritage Centre in Athenry this weekend for a creative workshop the older kids will love. If you've got a budding writer at home then this is the perfect way for them to get their creative juices flowing.

7. Family Nature Trial, Co. Wicklow (September 12th)
Become a nature detective with education guides, Ian and David, from the Wicklow National Parks & Wildlife Service. This family-friendly trail will enthral children and parents alike as they uncover the hidden stories of wildlife and habitats in autumn.

8. Swing in the Park - Musical Theatre and Disney Concert, Carrigtwohill (September 12th)
This is one event you can't miss this weekend. The fun-filled musical event is bound to have the entire family dancing from start to finish.
The afternoon concert on the lawn will be performed by professional musicians and singers. Taking place at Fota House, Arboretum & Gardens from 1 pm to 3 pm.
