I love Star Trek, I love gadgets and of course, I love Lord of the Rings.
There had been a plan in the works to travel to New Zealand and visit one of the Hobbit huts over there, little did I know that I could visit one only a couple of counties away!

I love visiting Mayo and only came back from Achill on Monday, so any excuse to pop down is fine by me but this has to be the most amazing reason to head west.
The huts look so super cosy and seeing as I'm barely five foot tall, I'd really be living my Hobbit fantasy.
