No plans for Father’s Day yet? We bet he’d love ‘Crafternoon Tea’

Celebrate Father's Day with Crafternoon Tea at five-star, Fitzwilliam Hotel Belfast

He’ll LOVE this!

If you have yet to make plans to spoil any great dads in your life this year, the five-star, Fitzwilliam Hotel, Belfast, has come up with something crafty and unique to help us all out.

The Fitzwilliam Hotel’s head chef, Dean Butler and his team created the Crafternoon Tea, a unique twist on the traditional afternoon tea, replacing dainty finger sandwiches with hearty delights such as pork and leek scotch egg, mini steak burger, fish finger and homemade tartar sauce bap – all accompanied by two local hand-crafted beers from Whitewater Brewing Co.

Oh, and does dad have a major sweet tooth?

He’ll be only delighted so to find out that the Crafternoon Tea also includes white chocolate and raspberry scone with clotted cream and fruit jam – and a chocolate and hazelnut brownie.

The Crafternoon Tea costs from €35pp and will be available from Sunday 20th June between 1-4pm, just in time for Father’s Day, and every Saturday and Sunday between 1-4pm thereafter.

Pre-booking is essential, 24 hours in advance (call hotel on 00 44 90 442080 or book here: www.fitzwilliamhotelbelfast.com/crafternoon-tea/).  Minimum of two to be ordered per reservation.

And should you fancy making a night of it (Belfast is the perfect city for a staycation, trust me!), overnight accommodation starts from €90 per person per night, based on two people sharing and including breakfast and VAT.
