Parents Come Up With Cute Concept To Make Flying With Kids A Little Less Stressful

HerFamily

Getting on a plane with young kids in tow can be daunting for parents but one couple seem to have come up with a solution which works for them and is appreciated by their fellow passengers.

Christina Galese got on a flight to Orlando recently when she noticed a mother and father sitting in separate rows with their twins. She decided to sit beside the father and one of the twins.

Before the plane took off, the parents passed goodie bags containing earplugs and treats to the people who were sitting nearby.

A note in the bag read:

“Hello! Our names are Ashley & Abby. We’re twins, we just turned 18 months and this is our first time on an airplane! We are heading to FL to see Grandma & Grandpa, and Mommy & Daddy said something about a mouse. We’ll try to keep our cool, but incase we decide to get crazy, we’ve provided a sweet treat and some earplugs for your enjoyment. Thank you for understanding and enjoy your flight!”

Christina explained in her post, which was shared on the ‘Love What Matters’ Facebook page, that the girls were adorable and well-behaved throughout the journey.

While most thought that this was a nice idea, others (including us) feel that parents shouldn’t have to give fellow passengers goodie bags to stop them from complaining or rolling their eyes.
