Staycation: Book a Halloween Family Fun Break at the stunning Killashee Hotel in Kildare

It feels like school was only just back – and in fairness, it hasn’t been long – but with that said, it is never too soon to start thinking about the October mid-term break.

It won’t be long coming around, and if you, like us, fancy getting out of town on a(another) little staycation, well, you better make sure you book somewhere soon, before it all books out.

And right now, we know where we want to go!

The stunning Killashee Hotel, just outside Naas in County Kildare, just launched their Halloween Family Fun Break, and it literally sounds like the perfect, country-side autumn break.

The all-inclusive family package includes two nights stay in a spacious family room, with breakfast each morning and a three-course evening meal for the family in the new casual dining restaurant The Terrace, on an evening of your choice.

Killashee Hotel is set on 80 acres of beautiful woodlands, gardens and walkways, and there are tons of fun things to see and do.

This October, the kids will no doubt love the pumpkin walk and nature trail, perfect for the season. And there are also designated play hubs and playground, so plenty to keep children of all ages entertained all weekend.

Oh, and it gets better.

Guests also have full use of the Spa & Leisure Centre facilities including the 25 metres swimming pool during their stay.

When in Naas, why not take the opportunity to take a day trip and visit one, two or three of Kildare’s amazing family attractions, including Russborourgh House or The Irish National Stud where there are lots of fun family activities to keep you busy.

If shopping is more your thing, Kildare Village is also only a short drive away from the Killashee Hotel.

Or simply enjoy the slow life, and go for walks around the Kildare countryside, enjoying the rustic autumn foliage and the fresh, October air.
