Me Before You (Jojo Moyes)
Lou Clark and Will Traynor are two very different people but their paths end up crossing, changing their lives forever. Be warned, you might want to avoid reading this one in public.
This Is How It Ends (Kathleen MacMahon)
Another story of unexpected, life-changing love, this book left us in bits. But as with all of the titles in this list, it was totally worth it.
