90% of Women Feel This Is Holding Them Back

Katie Mythen-Lynch

As the world celebrates International Women’s Day, a new survey has revealed that the majority of women feel that PMS prevents them from being their very best self.

Over 42 per cent of Irish women surveyed said PMS symptoms prevented them from getting their usual weekly exercise, while a whopping 90 per cent felt that anxiety, bloating, breast tenderness, fatigue and irritability affected every area of their lives.

One third of those who suffer from PMS said they had to take a minimum of one day off work over the past 12 months due to the severity of their symptoms.

The survey was conducted by Cleanmarine for Women, a natural capsule that helps regulate hormonal activity, reduce tiredness and fatigue.
