Ideal for feet in need of some TLC after being stuck in heavy socks and opaque tights all winter. Aqua Spa, Cork This little gem is about ten minutes outside Cork City, located on Model Farm Road. It offers pretty much every beauty treatment you could want whether you're a mama-to-be or a mam in serious need of me time. Elysium Day Spa, Galway This one is in Moycullen, a gorgeous little corner of Galway and a must-try if you're in the region. It's the perfect excuse to get out of the city for a little down time and persuade your Mam to take some R&R too. The two-hour Look Good, Feel Better package is €115 and involves a full body exfoliation, Yon-Ka Escale Beaute facial and a file and polish for both hands and toes. This is a skincare spot in the know offering brands like Environ and IMAGE, and they even have a meet with The Skin Nerd next month. No 1 Pery Square, Limerick An exclusive VOYA spa, this retreat sounds like the ultimate spa experience if you want to "switch off". If your Mam has been stressed, a day date here is the perfect way to chill out together. Pery Square is a country house in the city and thee Afternoon Tea & Thermal Experience (€49 pp) sounds like a dreamy combination.
