Clean eating: The healthy after-school snack Victoria Beckham gives to her kids

Nope, she is not feeding them toasted cheese sandwiches.

Victoria Beckham

Nope, they are not eating Cocopops, that’s for sure.

It is no secret that Victoria Beckham is super-strict with what she eats and has previously admitted to sticking to a very healthy diet of mostly fish and vegetables.

And it looks like all those healthy habits are rubbing off on her kids too.

The fashion designer and mum-of-four recently took to Snapchat to share a picture of the very healthy after-school snacks she gives her children when they come home in the afternoons – pumpkin seeds and pine nuts doused in liquid aminos.

Aminos, for those not in the know, is a gluten-free replacement for soy sauce, which contains plenty of plant proteins and a variety of amino acids. In other words; it is all sorts of good for you. And the kids.

Seeds are, of course, a healthy option too when it comes to foods to snack on, as they are high in good fats – which is essential for kids’ growing brains.

What healthy snacks do YOU serve up after school, mamas? Share your ideas with us in the comments.
