As far as children’s toys are concerned, the skateboard has retro staying power, meaning it reappears on Santa lists every few years. In fact, if you have kids it’s highly likely there’s one sitting in your shed right now, gathering dust.
In this brilliant video, the AXFIT crew demonstrate how to train with a skateboard, using it to workout your core, do exercises you might not be able to do on your own and stretch your range of motion to the max.
Warning: These exercises are more intense than they appear so start slow and make sure you warm up first. Once you get the hang of them you can use these moves to build yourself some rock hard abs, firm thighs and strong upper arms… all in the comfort of your own home.
