Is this Ireland’s most inclusive gym?

Exercise and movement for every body

Breathing Space is a ‘wellness space’ on Dublin’s Cork Street that offers inclusive yoga, pilates and breathwork classes.

A welcome addition to the wellness scene for people with bigger bodies, Breathing Space’s mission is “to help you cultivate a peaceful relationship with your body through movement, self-compassion and self-care.”

With options like Fertility Yoga, Happy Bodies Dance Class and Teen Yoga, the schedule of in-person and online classes is an impressive lineup of diverse options for strength and mindfulness.

Drag Queen Story Hour

Drag Queen Story Hour (DQSH) is just what it sounds like — drag queens read stories to your kids. DQSH aims to capture the imagination and play of the gender fluidity of childhood and gives kids “glamorous, positive, and unabashedly queer role models.”

Coming to Breathing Space this March, during the fun sessions, kids will see and interact with people who defy rigid gender restrictions. It’s the perfect introduction to a world where they can be whatever they choose to be.

Drag Queen Story Hour is for children aged 3 to 8. Find out more and book your space at BreathingSpaceDublin.com.
