I personally think that women's mental health, whether it be postnatal depression or anxiety caused by menopause, needs to be spoken about more.
It's an important subject that affects many women of all ages on a regular basis. I've met so many mums dealing with depression that I've never been to a counsellor or had any medical help as they thought people would think they were overreacting.
