I've run the women's mini marathon a few times but I've never smashed any records and I've definitely never done it with the weight of three other people on me.
Mum Cynthia Lauren Arnold showed just how much endurance mothers have by breaking a marathon record all while pushing her three children in a stroller.

185 pounds of weight was added on to Arnold’s run as she pushed six-year-old daughter, Marguerite, three-year-old son, Simon, and 21-month-old daughter during the race.
Arnold even managed to break the marathon record even with a quick stop to pick up some ice pops for her three kids. She's some woman for one woman.
The mum crushed the previous record of four hours, six minutes with a sub-7:20 paces. This isn't the first time Arnold has broken a record either.

This time last year the mum amazed everyone when she broke the half-marathon, triple-stroller record.
While delighted with her athletic achievements Arnold has said that she plans to run her next marathon in 2020 solo.
Seeing as I struggle to get both my kids up the road in a double buggy I take my hat off to her and her incredible record-breaking times.
