So Scientists Have Uncovered The Secret To A Better Sex Life

Katie Mythen-Lynch

A pair of rubber gloves could be the answer to your woes between the sheets.

And no, we’re not suggesting you adopt a latex fetish.

Rather, scientists have discovered that couples who share the majority of the household chores have the most rewarding sex lives.

It seems that those who are as willing as their partner to get down and dirty with a scrubbing brush find themselves getting down more frequently in the bedroom too.

A five-year study of 1,228 German couples showed that men who made a fair contribution to the household chores reported having more sex on a regular basis than those who admitted their housework wasn’t up to scratch. When both partners felt they shared the housework equally, they also reported that their sex life was more satisfying.

According to lead study author Dr Matt Johnson:

“Rather than avoiding chores in the hopes of having more sex, as prior research would imply, men are likely to experience more frequent and satisfying passion for both partners between the sheets when they simply do their fair share.”

So there you have it, those who hoover the bedroom have a better time inside it.
