Students and teachers are encouraged to tune in between 11:15am and 12:15pm that Wednesday for some positive and informative insights into mental health.
The programme will include a special interview with Bressie and will be part-hosted by some budding broadcasters who are still in Primary School themselves. This is sure to be barrels of fun as well as educational.
There will also be interactive mindfulness exercises that will be perfect for students and teachers to take part in during class.
For the parents, there is also a live panel every evening from 7-8pm that has engaging and important themes including Supporting Youth Mental Health in an Ever-Changing World, Life Online - Implications for our Mental Health, and The Power of Creativity in Supporting Mental Health. You can either tune in to these shows or, if you have a little time on your hands, you can register to attending for free.
You can register for these or other shows here, where you can also check out the station's timetable for the week.
