This will surely annoy people again.

This will surely annoy people all over again.

Back in 2013, a mother from America caused controversy when she posted a half-naked image of herself and her three small children, with the caption reading, “What’s your excuse?”

The reason it caused drama was because she was referring to her figure.

She had an 8-step guide for other mothers on how they can achieve this look. While it’s always good to promote a healthy lifestyle,  people felt she was body-shaming other mothers.

At that time, she gave an attempt at an apology which included, “I’m sorry you took an image and resonated with it in such a negative way. What you interpret is not MY fault. It’s Yours. The first step in owning your life, your body and your destiny is to OWN the thoughts that come out of your own head. I didn’t create them. You created them. So, if you want to continue ‘hating’ this image, get used to hating many other things for the rest of your life.”

Now, 5 years later, she’s back with a whole new message, ‘What’s your reason?”

And guess what… she’s back posing in the same outfit.

This time she has said, “After you address your Excuse, you need to find your Reason. 5 years later I’m still seeking the hard route, after all, in a country where you are the Healthy minority you must #dodifferent You need to find your reason, your WHY for prioritizing your health. You are who you surround yourself with so if everyone is starting an extreme diet, be balanced.”

You are who you surround yourself with so if everyone is starting an extreme diet, be balanced. If everyone is sitting watching TV shows, get up and move. If everyone is ordering high-calorie meals and drinking sugary drinks, choose otherwise! You know what’s right, just don’t follow the habits and lifestyle of the majority of overweight/obese people who do it wrong. Many asked for a side-by-side so here you go! What’s Your Reason?
