Vicky Phelan spent the weekend surrounded by the "most important women" in her life during a trip away.
The women's health advocate took to
Instagram to share that she had a "fabulous weekend" in Doughmore Beach and Doonbeg in West Clare, or, as she calls it, her "happy place".
"I had a lovely weekend with two of the most important women in my life," Vicky wrote on Instagram, before tagging her daughter and her best friend.
She continued: "Before I left to come to Limerick this evening, I drove down to Doughmore to get in another sunset and what a beautiful sunset it was.
"It was bitter cold but the sky was lit up with beautiful colours and the waves were huge. It's the simple pleasures in life that make me grateful to be alive."

Phelan was one of the many women who were impacted by the Cervical Check Scandal several years ago. She has been sharing her experience with cancer ever since her missed diagnosis.
Earlier this year, she opened up about her decision to stop chemotherapy and receive palliative care instead.
Joining Ryan Tubridy on the
Late Late Show, Vicky said that the "horrors of treatment" were worse than the actual disease itself, and spoke about how she wants to spend Christmas at home with her family.
"I'd rather be well and have a shorter time frame. I'd like my children to have memories of doing stuff with me and if I die sooner, so be it," she said.
While on the talk show, Vicky urged viewers to speak up when it comes to their own health.
She said: "Know your body, and when you know your body, don't be afraid to ask questions about it, and get another referral if you're not happy."
