Ah, stop.
Michelle Obama is great.
She’s inspiring, she’s intelligent, she’s funny, she’s a class mother.
She’s probably the best First Lady there ever was, to be honest.
And now Michelle Obama has just gotten even better because of her reaction to a nine-year-old girl dressing up as her for a school project.
Alexandra Dow decided to dress up as Obama for her third-grade Open House project and her mum, Audrey Dow, decided to share a photo of her because it was incredible.
Today my 9 year old was @MichelleObama for her 3rd grade Open House project. She was inspired by her work to make sure more kids go to college & #ReachHigher . She loves that Mrs Obama is brown & has hair like hers #ISawMyself pic.twitter.com/RYmWumAdHM

Audrey wrote that her daughter “loves that Mrs Obama is brown and has hair like hers.”
Bless.
Alexandra’s work clearly got a lot of attention, and rightly so, but it was only after the former First Lady herself shared the photo that the post really blew up.
Retweeting the image, Michelle wrote:
This just made my day. I may not be a 3rd grade teacher, but this gets an A+ in my book! https://t.co/wBTzbyG8zr

What a woman.
Obama’s tweet has been shared over 40,000 times and liked by almost 270,000 people.
Looks like the Obamas will never stop being iconic… at least not for Audrey and Alexandra anyway.
The mum went on to say that her daughter got “teary-eyed” when she saw Michelle’s response.
We don’t blame you, girl.
She wrote:
“Alexandra is so overwhelmed with all the positive attention. She got so teary-eyed when she read Mrs Obama’s reply.
“She couldn’t believe that she would write something to her. Dreams come true baby girl!”
