How young is too young? Peter Andre has let his son set up an Instagram account

Peter Andre has let his son Junior set up an Instagram account after previously saying he wouldn't allow the youngster on social media.

The Mysterious Girl singer has apparently given in and let 13-year-old Junior set up his own account, which is currently on private. Peter recently commented on one of his son's photos saying that he liked his hair. This comes after the dad previously stated that he bans Junior and sister 10-year-old Princess from using smartphones when they come to stay with him. He told The Mirror last year:

“I don’t let Princess or Junior go on social media or things like that yet. I am very strict, I don’t allow it in the house at all.”

Junior and Princess are currently staying with Peter while mother Katie Price sorts out her divorce. Katie is very supportive of her children being involved in social media, expressing anger when Junior's previous accounts were deleted. However, she said that she runs the accounts so she knows exactly what is being said on them.

“I go through the kids’ phones with a fine tooth comb, they’re not even allowed to have their own password.

“I have to know their password, and what I love best is when they’re in bed, I sit there and I go through their phones and I have to know everything, from the pictures to the messages.”
