Paternity tests have confirmed.
Tristan Thompson has revealed paternity results confirm he is the father of a third child conceived when he was still dating Khloé Kardashian.
The NBA player took to Instagram Stories to share the news amid a lawsuit in which the the child’s mother, personal trainer Maralee Nichols, is requesting he pay child support and pregnancy-related fees.
“Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols,” he wrote.
“I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.”
The 30-year-old previously disputed the paternity of Nichols’ baby, born on December 1 after being conceived in April of last year, according to Nichols.

“I sincerely apologise to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately,” he continued.
In the next slide, Thompson also apologised to Kardashian for the “humiliation” he subjected her to throughout their years-long on-off relationship.
“Khloé, you don’t deserve this,” he said. “You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years.
“My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry.”

The pair, who share 3-year-old daughter True, most recently split in June, per reports.
Thompson previously claimed that the “only” possible date of conception for his son with Nichols was March 13, 2021 – his own birthday – when he was in Texas. He was in a relationship with Kardashian at the time.
On the day, the reality star posted a birthday tribute to her then-boyfriend online, writing: “The ones that are meant to be are the ones who go through everything that is designed to tear them apart and they came out even stronger than they were before.”
She is now reportedly “moving on” and focusing on co-parenting True.
