20 kids

This family brings a whole new meaning to 20/20 vision

If you have a baby in the house, you know how much of a handful that little bundle of joy can be. When it comes to twins, you multiply all that busyness by two. Triplets, by three. Quadruplets… we’re starting to sweat. Don’t even talk to us about Octomom.

Well, can you imagine multiplying the hectic stress and joy of a new baby by twenty???

That’s exactly what Kristina and Galip Ozturk did, as they welcomed 20 babies into their family, all biologically theirs, in just one year and two months through use of surrogates. And they’re not done yet.

The Russian 23-year-old first met the 57-year-old millionaire on a trip to Batumi, Georgia, where they now live. Kristina was already mam to Victoria, now six, and welcomed her first child with Galip via surrogate in March last year.

The pair have paid €160,000 to surrogates to carry and deliver 20 babies over the past 14 months, and now spend nearly €79,000 a year on 16 live-in nannies. Yep; they’ve a three-storey mansion that fits them all.

Speaking to the Sun, Kristina said, “I’ve dreamed about this since childhood. My husband also dreamed about having a big, happy family. So after we met, we started to put our dream into action.

“Our surrogacy clinic are amazed but happy to help us with our dream of a big family. I’m not sure if we will be the biggest family in the world, but we are planning to be the happiest family in the world for sure.”

Kristina is planning to have more children naturally at some point, but for now wants to focus on bonding with the 20 new additions to the family they have.
