People have been all talk about the Duchess's appearance at the British Fashion Awards during the week.
And if you have been keeping an eye on the mum-to-be, you may have noticed that she's a fan of cradling her little bump.
Well, according to experts, there's a significant reason for the cradling.
Liz Halliday, deputy head of midwifery at Private Midwives, said:
“At public events, Meghan may feel more protective of her baby and thus cradle her bump more than usual."
“Mothers may feel that stroking their bump calms the baby in some situations and during public events Meghan may be either consciously or sub-consciously attempting to do this.”
There's other beneficial reasons why Meghan Markle may be cradling her bump.
Katherine Graves, founder of KG Hypnobirthing, said:
“Meghan is practicing responsive natural parenting and touching, speaking and cradling her bump will be very beneficial for the baby.”
