Weekends were made for baking.
If you have kids – even more so.
But also – the idea of turning your kitchen upside down, flour everywhere, surfaces so sticky you don't even want to deal with cleaning them up – we get why it often seems like a much better idea in theory than it is in practise.
However, mamas –
this recipe will save your sanity –and keep your kids happy.
All you need is four little ingredients, and voila – mix together and you got yourself some seriously tasty cookies – that also happen to be gluten-free, by the way. Oh, and even better ? They are done in 15 minutes, meaning you can get the kitchen tidied up in no-time too.
