This easy no-bake GIANT Twix bar is the stuff of choco-fantasies.
The last time we strayed onto our fave YouTube baking channel, My Cupcake Addiction, we stumbled across the DANGEROUSLY delicious Giant Reese’s Cup and now we’ve uncovered My Cupcake Addiction’s latest contribution to the world of outlandishly-sized confectionary, the Giant Twix slice. Seriously we have to stop going there.
No-bake giant Twix slice
Ingredients (exact quantities depend on the size of your loaf tin):
Approximately 30 shortbread biscuits
1 can of chilled Carnation caramel (in the video My Cupcake Addiction recommends melting caramel sweets)
Approximately 400g chocolate
Directions:
1. Line a loaf tin with baking paper. Melt enough chocolate to cover the bottom, top and sides of the loaf tin.
2. Cover the base of the loaf tin with melted chocolate first, then allow to set in the fridge.
3. Once firm pour in a layer of caramel and lay half the shortbread biscuits on top. Then pour in another layer of caramel and lay another layer of biscuits on top of this.
4. Cover the top with chocolate and set in the fridge once more. When completely firm, finish the top and sides with the remaining chocolate to give it a Twix-like finish.
