Ingredients:
Two handfuls of lettuce (preferably romaine)
One avocado
One cucumber
One cup of melon (cantaloupe if you can)
1/4 cup of cashew nuts
One mint leaf
One or two cups of coconut water (filtered water will also do fine)
Directions:
1. Chop up all the ingredients (this will help to release tension too)
2. Pop everything in to a blender
Optional extra:
Pop a kiwi into the mix and a slice of lime on the side of the glass – it will look and almost taste like a cocktail (which you may or may not want to think about if you're hungover).
