Mermaid Mimosa is the summer cocktail you’ll want to gather the girls for

As if you needed an excuse to get your gal pals around for a boozy brunch in the first place.

But if you do (need an excuse, that is), well then these mermaid mimosas are just that.

Ingredients

10 oz.Midori
1 (32 oz.) bottle pineapple juice
1 bottle Prosecco
10 oz.Blue Curaçao<
1 lime cut into rounds and halved, for garnish

Directions

1. Pour 1 ounce of Midori into each glass.
2. Fill each glass ⅓ full with pineapple juice, then top with bubbly.
3. Finish with an ounce of blue Curaçao, garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.

Tip: The secret to getting the perfect ombre effect is in the layering – so make sure you follow the steps in the right order!
